MD.net Clinic (Mental health clinic)
Ever wonder what went through the mind of a mentally unsound person? Maybe they look or hear things differently. Well, its hard to enter into this different world. In order to close the gap between the patients and the doctors, this clinic in Tokyo tried to provide alternate perspectives for viewing the world, and avoiding being trapped by pre-existing perceptions, the interior allows visitors--and staff members--to experience opening new doors in their hearts, one after the other. Here, doors are not being opened. Instead by sliding a bookshelf or pushing a part of the walls, you then are allowed to make that special entry. http://www.nendo.jp/en/works/detail.php?y=2010&t=166
